Le Groupe MC71 de Washington DC planifie une reunion de 3 jours dans la capitale americaine du 24-26 Juin 2011 pour feter les 40 ans de leur promotion.
Nous vous invitons a vous joindre a nous pour cette celebration, pour retrouver des ami(e)s, en connaitre de nouveaux, revivre pour quelques jours les annees de notre jeunesse et creer encore dautres joyeux souvenirs.
Notre programme provisoire pour l'instant offrira une combinaison de divers evenements:
Visites de la Capitale et de ses environs
Shopping dans les points de vente en vogue
Reunion amicales
Diner dansant Samedi soir
Picnic avec jeux de plein air (si le temps s'y prete), ou concert de musique
Evenements artistiques (concerts, theatre, etc..) S
i vous decideriez de rester plus longtemps, nous pourrons vous aider a organizer des courts sejours a New York, Philadelphie, Baltimore, Ocean City, Atlantic City, etc&) ou faire une croisiere vers les Carraibes.
Venez seul, venez avec votre famille, avec vos ami(e)s& mais venez!! Ayez aussi la gentillesse de faire passer notre message a tous ceux que vous connaissez. Toutes autres promotions seront les bienvenues evidemment.
Comme il ne nous reste pas beaucoup de temps pour nous consacrer a cette reunion, nous aimerions recevoir des courriels de votre part. MC71 Class Graduation, a celebration of 40 years of life
Dear friends,
We, MC Promo 71 alumni, are planning a reunion to celebrate our 40-year graduation anniversary to be held over three days in the Washington DC area from Friday, June 24 to Sunday, June 26. And, we would love very much for you to join us to celebrate, re-connect with old friends, connect with new ones, relive the golden years of our youth, and create new memories.
Our preliminary plans will include some combination of the following (depending on interest, availability, and weather condition):
•· Visits to the landmark and museums in the Capital
•· Shopping trips to outlets
•· Ice breaker/Introduction gathering(s)
•· Celebration gala on Saturday
•· Picnic with outdoor activities, or outdoor pop/rock concert*
•· Performing arts (concert, musical, play...)
•· Farewell lunch or dinner
•· If staying longer than 3 days, trips to other driveable cities (New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Ocean City, Atlantic City...) or short cruise to the Caribbeans
*Reliving the late 60s and early 70s with the music of Creedence Water Revival (Friday, June 24 at 8pm) or enjoying the lively vibrations of Earth, Wind, and Fire (Sunday,June 26 at 8pm)

The Rock is back for the 5th Halloween Famous Rocking party with special guests: Chiêu Phương, Cát Ly, Trúc Qùynh, Elvis Huy, Ngọc Trọng. The Rock: Tuyết Dung (Apple3), Thế Dũng Rock (vocal, guitar acoustic, percussion), Quốc Thắng ( lead guitar, vocal), Đức Hiền CBC (bass), Vũ Hiển (keys, guitar, vocal), Cao Tiến (keys), Quoc Luong"Jaycees (drums, vocal). We will rock you all night long with classic rock oldies along with beautiful french/vietnamese romance for"ballroom" dance! Please come early for good seating and 7 courses Chinese-Vietnamese dinner. There will be prizes for best costumes individual and couple. So...Be there BOO!!!!

Special Event: A Special Tour of The White House led by White House Staff member Hai Tran. Scheduled on Friday April 30th for a group of six. Only 3 spots left, so sign up soon!
Admission: $65 per person

Important note (annoying but necessary!): At the restaurant's request, we need to get an accurate headcount as early as possible. Please let us know as soon as you can if you will be attending and make sure we receive your payment by April 14, 2010 (we will acknowledge receipt of your payment by e-mail). To keep things simple, actual tickets will not be issued but we will have your name on a guest list at the entrance. Because seating is limited, there will be no last minute admission at the door unless prior arrangements are made with the Organizing Committee.
