Dear Friends:
I would like to welcome you all to our official website of Marie Curie & Jean Jacques Rousseau Alumni Organization – USA Chapter. We have created this site to provide to all former students, professors and those who were once related to the schools, an opportunity to connect with the lives of MC-JJR Alumni. This site, by no means, will replace any other forums or sites that exist among various groups of MC-JJR, but it will hopefully enrich, complement and develop further alumni interaction, pride, and spirit through various events and programs throughout the year.
I personally invite each of you to explore this web site and to support our efforts and if possible, signing in as member. As a member, you can post your comments as well as any other upcoming activities that your promotion is working on so that many of us can partake, or simply, relay and share news and information among us. This site is being created in the format of MySpace/Facebook which many of us are quite familiar. Other multimedia features such as blogs, music, and video, etc... will be activated and offered to all members in a near future for your convenience.
O ur mission is to continually reach out to all former students, professors and those who once took pride in MC-JJR experience in every corner of the world in order to carry on the MCJJR spirit and legacy . And for that, this site, in its humble vision, will be our first attempt to champion that mission, but most importantly, it will serve as our little home where we would find long lost friendship after a long hard day and foster greater camaraderie among us.
T hank you for your energy, your involvement and contribution. Please promote this site among your MCJJR friends and encourage everyone to share that enthusiasm of yours. And remember not to hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or comments. We need your input.
Sincerely,
Kory

"Because Love Overcomes One’s Misfortune" is an acronym of a newly launched
restaurant in Hue, Vietnam. It is one of many philanthropic accomplishments by ACWP to provide vocational training program for disadvantaged young adults in Vietnam in order to break their own cycle of poverty and social dependency for which our own schoolmate, Ton Nu
Hoang Linh (MC75) has tirelessly devoted her time, efforts and energy for the last few years. I would like to invite each of you to join us in the support of her mission. You may find more information in her reports on recent trips to Hue and on BLOOM.
